Take the portal to the swamp. When near the clubhouse, go to the right of it toward the giant treehouse. Take the rail up and drop down the hole inside the tree. Alternately you can go around the tree into the void under it, where all the HV-MTL crates are. Enter the portal in the hollowed out tree. Go over to the Top Secret sign and perform the "Cheer Emote".
